Building the team for our next stage.
We are hiring across services, products, automation and AI. We do not hand a design to someone else to implement, or a product to someone else to explain. If you want to see your own work reach a customer’s estate, this is the right size of company for that.
- OwnershipTake responsibility for outcomes, not only for assigned tasks.
- Customer contextUnderstand why the customer needs something before deciding how to build it.
- Engineering disciplineQuality, documentation, repeatability and security matter.
- Learning agilityOur teams work across infrastructure, automation, software, Kubernetes and AI.
- CollaborationServices, sales and product engineering have to work as one system.
- Clear communicationExplain risks, decisions and progress without unnecessary complexity.
A hands-on role that helps architect and build our enterprise products while establishing the engineering discipline needed to scale the product team. Architecture, implementation, code and design review, technical decisions and mentoring — not any one of those at the expense of the others.

A customer-facing Sales Manager who has personally sold enterprise technology products and professional services. This is not lead generation or inside sales. You will spend real time with customers, shape opportunities alongside our architects and product teams, build the commercial proposal, negotiate, and own the opportunity through to closure.
- Nutanix consulting, implementation, migration, automation and professional services
- Hybrid cloud, data-centre modernization, virtualization and platform transformation
- Kubernetes and cloud-native platform services
- Infrastructure automation, integrations, disaster recovery and business continuity
- AI-enabled infrastructure and automation solutions

- Build direct relationships with enterprise technology and business stakeholders
- Run discovery to understand environments, pain points and transformation programmes
- Own the opportunity lifecycle from qualification through to closure
- Connect customer problems to the right solution rather than presenting a catalogue
- Coordinate architects and product specialists for workshops and demonstrations
- Build proposals, commercial responses, account plans and opportunity strategy
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs with the technical and delivery teams
- Keep pipeline, forecast and follow-up cadence disciplined
- Feed structured customer and market insight back into product and service strategy
- 5–8 years of enterprise technology sales with direct customer ownership
- Evidence of personally selling IT services, infrastructure or cloud solutions, enterprise software, or a combination
- Experience across customer technology, procurement, finance and leadership stakeholders
- Comfort with proposals, SOWs, commercials, negotiation and revenue targets
- Enough technical grasp to lead a credible conversation and bring specialists in at the right moment
- Realistic forecasting and strong pipeline discipline
- Exposure to cloud and data centre, Nutanix or VMware, Kubernetes or Red Hat
- Automation, migration and modernization, cybersecurity
- Enterprise software or SaaS, and AI solutions
A senior leader to build the operating discipline behind our professional services organization. Broader than a senior project-management role: this owns delivery governance, customer success, utilization, quality and capacity planning — the mechanisms that let several technology practices scale predictably.
- Governance of enterprise engagements across infrastructure, automation, cloud-native and AI practices
- Customer success, delivery quality, timelines, risk and executive escalation
- Resource allocation, utilization, capacity planning and demand forecasting
- Delivery reviews covering health, dependencies, blockers, scope and financial exposure

Send a concise CV to careers@avancerpi.com, with the role in the subject line. Where it is relevant, include evidence of what you have owned — customer wins, delivered projects, architecture you designed, or GitHub and product work. Expect a practical discussion or a short case exercise rather than a quiz.
Nothing here that fits? Write to us anyway and tell us what you have built and what you want to build next.
It is worth knowing what you would be joining.
Five years, a Nutanix Platinum services partnership, back-to-back APAC services partner awards, and four products that each came out of an engagement we had run one time too many by hand.
